    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This is a per diem/1099 Clinical Specialist/Clinical Educator role. The Clinical Specialist will promote and support clinical education of the company’s medical devices to current and potential customers. You will educate and implement medical devices at customers’ sites, performing in-services to clinicians in health facilities for iv patient monitoring.

    *Must be able to travel for 3 to 5 day assignments throughout the US

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform product field training and in-services for customer clinicians.

  • Partner with sales team to present sales demonstrations

  • Maintain successful execution of evaluation trials and implementations

  • Ensure customer needs are met and/or exceeded

  • Document all activities, communications and planned activities in the company’s CRM system

    Skills & Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent with an R.N. designation required

  • Strong clinical and industry background with an in-depth understanding of iv therapy

  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

  • Teaching and technical device training education experience

  • Ability to positively represent company and build strong relationships

  • Credentialing required within 30 days of employment

  • Team orientation with effective leadership abilities

  • Energetic with a willingness to work remotely in a home office environment with long hours and extensive travel

  • Willingness to perform duties to cover a portion of all nursing shifts in a 24-hour period

  • Time management skills with an ability to maintain numerous priorities and meet established deadlines

  • Self-motivation, taking on additional responsibilities without being asked and managing priorities with minimal supervision

  • Good documentation practices and analytical skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must have a reliable car to drive to and from In-service locations if local assignment, or able to travel for assignments.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

  • Must have flexible schedule to meet in-service coverage needs. Will have advance notice of need.

  • Must be able to pay for expenses and submit receipts for reimbursement since travel is required.
