In the role of completion supervisor, you will supervise the low observable coatings application, the completion of aircraft, aircraft finishers, and delivery operations technicians.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met.

• Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

• Experience in Low observable coating applications

• Leadership experience

• Aviation experience

Desired Skills:

• Low Observable Leadership Experience

• Aviation mechanic Leadership Experience

• Flight Line or Delivery Operations Experience

• Leadership experience in an union environment
