The Enterprise Integration Advanced Analytics team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to add to our team and help us drive business success through data-driven insights. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented data professional with a passion for solving business problems and working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. As a Data Analyst on our team, you will play a critical role in solving complex business problems by architecting and delivering analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. Our team is a collaborative and innovative group that takes on a wide range of projects, from data automations using ETL tools to creating visualizations and dashboards, and developing advanced analytics solutions. We are passionate about using data to tell stories and drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solve complex business problems by analyzing data and developing actionable insights
• Architect and deliver analytics solutions using a variety of tools and technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Aeronautics to understand business needs and develop targeted solutions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy

Fort Worth, TX
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, related field considered or Master's Degree in a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, data visualization, related analytics role considered.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) and their application in data workflows.
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business domains.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in a business context.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with IBM products such as Data Stage, Cloud Pak for Data, and Watson Studio.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
