Lockheed Martin Distribution and Logistics Integrator - Level 3 in Fort Worth, Texas

You will be a Distribution and Logistics Integrator - Level 3.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Distribution and Logistics Integrator - Level 3, you will be working as a Warehouse Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation (PHS&T) Integrator performing as the technical subject matter expert for the F-35 Sustainment Supply Operational Team and interact with internal and external customers on a technical level in an integrated product team (IPT) environment. You will have an onsite presence in the office or at CEVA two or more days a week as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned, but specific job duties are listed below.

• Analyze and resolve customer-raised PHS&T and Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment, site survey, and activation issues and gaps.

• Provide SCM assistance in the development and update of the Facilities Requirements Documents (FRD) as Autonomic Logistics concepts and characteristics continue to evolve and mature by evaluating and approving design changes, specification and drawing releases associated with warehousing standup, and support infrastructure.

• Brief customer, program leadership, and peers on program and project status.

• Periodically visit Government sites, aiding local personnel and meeting with the Government Property Administrator(s). Typically, site visits shall be scheduled to coincide with scheduled Government property reviews/Site Condition Inspections.

• Coordinate with the Joint Program Office (JPO), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and Inspector General (IG) on Sustainment Property topics when called upon.

• Coordinate with Items Analysts (IAs) for proper disposition instructions for DD250’d spares at operational sites/depots and third party logistics (3PLs).

You will interact with internal and external customers on a technical level in an IPT environment. You will review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. You will hold experience in supply chain and logistics management, warehouse management and shipboard operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college in a related discipline OR equivalent experience/combined education. This role is considered career, or journey, level.

• Demonstrated project management experience

• Ability to multitask and work across multiple business units daily as needed, working both warehouse and office environments. Demonstrated experience with warehousing and/or logistics.

• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Desired Skills:

• Goal of growing in knowledge and taking on stretch assignments as needed/available

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Warehousing and Freight Forwarding experience

• Military Supply experience

• Supply chain and logistics management experience

• Movement of spares through the Lockheed Martin Transportation Management System (TMS) experience

• Knowledge of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Individual Unique Identification (IUID) technologies

• Technical Knowledge of PHS&T processes and concepts in an international environment to include restrictions, licensing requirements, handling of "Dirty Cargo”

• Proficiency with SAP, I2S, ALIS, LDD, Goldesp, Asset Management, Tableau

• Understanding of the jobs of the adjacent teams and how to help the team meet or exceed customer requirements

• Technical project management experience with multiple deadlines and customer requirements

• Experience communicating with internal and external program management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
