Description

We are offering a contract position for an experienced CFO - Chief Financial Officer to join our team on a contract basis in the manufacturing industry, based in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a 3+ month contract position. Hybrid work schedule in Fort Worth , TX 76135 (2-3 days in the office).

In this role, you will be tasked with managing financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing property tax matters, and steering annual standard cost procedures. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Interim CFO (contract position):

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial planning and analysis activities

• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

• Oversee and manage property tax matters

• Direct and control annual standard cost procedures

• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge from the outgoing CFO

• Maintain the CFO role until a long-term replacement is found

• Utilize your skills in the manufacturing industry to drive financial success

• Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements • Proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role within the manufacturing industry

• Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)

• A strong understanding of compliance regulations and their applications within the manufacturing sector

• Experience dealing with Property Tax matters

• Ability to develop and maintain annual standard cost systems

• An advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven ability to strategize and implement financial plans effectively

• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in financial software and databases

• Ability to keep up with industry trends and the latest financial regulations.
