Mission Control Lead

We’re looking for qualified Mission Control Transporter Lead like you to join our Texas Health family.

Work Location: Texas Health Alliance, 10864 Texas Health Trail TX 76244

Work Hours: Full-Time: Monday – Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required.

· Associate’s degree Preferred

· 1 year of related experience Required.

· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required

Skills

· Advanced computer skills.

· Time management.

What You Will Do:

· Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.

· Monitors systems: RTLS, Security Cameras, HUGS, Fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with Patient and Materials movement.

· Ensure standards are met with transport times and request from internal and external customers.

· Scheduling and Performance Improvement.

· Prepares and ensures adequate staffing is present per shift, scheduling PTO, etc.

· Meet with supervisor when assistance is needed.

· Assists in the preparation of performance evaluations.

· Become the super user for patient movement and real time racking systems.

· Implement processes via Grand Central and Rover application that integrate with other departments and technology.

· Implement processes via Centrak / InSites that integrate with other departments and technology.

· May Assist in badging services: Adding new staff/contractor badge access and Managing access control as directed.
