Maintenance Technician
$28-$40/hr
- 3rd shift : 6p-6a (4 days on 3 days off) Will train on 1st shift initially

JOB DUTIES:
Performs routine and preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems, including the plant\u2019s main power supply system.
Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
Repairs electrical equipment/systems and control circuits; and replaces faulty electrical equipment as needed. This troubleshooting element is inclusive of Three Phase Motors and Programmable Logical Controls (PLC) applications.
Must have a solid working knowledge of relay logic and be capable of applying this knowledge in the troubleshooting of the PLC\u2019s in the production equipment.
Must have a strong understanding of NFPA 70E standards and be capable of applying these standards in the work situation.
May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems and other mechanical systems on production equipment to assure optimum performance of that production process.
Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
Other Duties as assigned
Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
Ability for heavy lifting, push or pull up, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Military training and or Technical School preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
