Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Product Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas. The selected candidate will be part of an industry-leading team, working on the development of innovative solutions using various infrastructure technologies. The role involves extensive utilization of programming languages like Python and React, and the development of application programming interfaces (APIs).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Python, particularly with FastAPI.

• Design and develop user interfaces using React, focusing on routing contexts and components.

• Utilize Infoblox DNS and DHCP IP DNS Traffic Control in the development process.

• Work with Zscaler ZIA and their API framework for secure internet access.

• Implement F5/Nginx LTM functions as part of the infrastructure technologies stack.

• Automate internal and external DNS/GTM/LTM pipelines.

• Develop and automate synthetic transaction monitoring solutions.

• Contribute to the product engineering team's efforts in QA automation.

• Apply component selection and specification skills in product design.

• Use knowledge of infrastructure technologies to enhance product performance and reliability. Requirements • Proficiency in Python is essential for this role.

• Demonstrable experience with component selection and specification.

• Knowledge of different software development frameworks is required.

• Familiarity with laptop hardware and Mac computers is necessary.

• Proficiency in React and API development.

• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP Protocol is critical.

• Experience in transaction monitoring is a must.

• Knowledge of NGINX, Infoblox, LTM, and other infrastructure technologies.

• Familiarity with Zscaler is beneficial.
