Jacobs Program Manager - Buildings in Fort Worth, Texas

We’re seeking a Program Manager- Buildings, a key member of our Fort Worth, TX office. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development plan for growth, as well as utilizing your experience to execute project strategies. You will be responsible for overall project delivery on multiple project assignments (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts). You’ll play an integral role in engaging project client, architect of record, general contractor, among others. Your leadership skills is a key responsibility in fostering collaborative communications and relationships. In this role, you will manage project development experience from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll also provide oversight and manage coordination of activities to mitigate risks, issues and ensure deliverables are met. . '- Bachelor of Engineering, or Construction Management

  • 15+ years of Project Construction Management experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million

  • Proven experience with facilitating General Contractor

-Owner contractor closeout and final accounting

  • Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Higher Ed and K-12 experience

  • Project Controls experience

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification
