You will be the Project Engineer Staff on the F-22 LoBE Engineering Operations team. The operations team works to align engineering teams to complete the goals and priorities of the IFG line of business, Program Office, and functions to deliver agile and affordable solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

The main responsibilities of this position are to facilitate the development of monthly technical metrics as well as the analysis and presentation of those metrics to Engineering Leadership, Program Management, Chief of Staff, Executive Leadership, and Corporate.

In addition, this position will support the IFG Engineering Ops business rhythm including creating technical presentations and briefing and/or prepping leadership on the material.

This individual will also coordinate with project engineers, functional engineering leadership, and program management on the technical status of their programs.

To be successful in this position, the individual will need to be able to effectively digest and summarize data for executive leadership consumption. They must deliver products on a short timeline with high accuracy. This individual needs to effectively communicate issues and project status while utilizing time management skills appropriately.

Basic Qualifications:

• Engineering or other technical degree from an accredited college/university

• Project Management experience

• Experience working across multiple disciplines, departments or teams

• Secret security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

• Exceptional communication skills

• Excels in a teamwork environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
