Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products, is looking for a Receiving Supervisor for 2nd Shift. This position will be based at our new and growing Fort Worth, TX facility.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Being the key driver of Receiving, Storage, Inventory Management, Delivery to Manufacturing, and Shipping while working closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production.

• Responsible for supervising 10-20 team members across multiple shifts and assigning daily schedules and assignments while being responsible for team’s accurate and efficient receipt, storing, fulfillment and kitting, and delivering material to the assembly lines.

• Handle production schedule, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, coordinate, and document training of personnel, drive continuous improvement projects, and conduct annual employee performance evaluations.

• Maintain working relationships and daily interactions with every other department in the facility.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of successful experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods such as KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.

• 3+ years’ proven experience in manufacturing processes and outbound shipping and transportation management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strong desired; although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalent is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management with proven delivery of improvement projects in a manufacturing environment

• LEAN, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)

• The pay range for this position is $88,000 - $119,100. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
