Registered Nurse Mother Baby

PRN Seasonal Day Shift

$ 48 per hour

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

· All seasonal RNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) during the seasonal period.

· Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.

· Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Skills

Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred. BSN will be required within 3 years of employment. Professional Nursing Organization membership encouraged.

Experience

Minimum of one year experience is preferred. Ability to care for newborns also preferred.

Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications

Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted; Texas State RN license required 30 days after hire; current BLS required; NRP required within first 90 days; Specialty Certification encouraged.
