Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our client's team located in Fort Worth, Texas. This role primarily focuses on managing various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, recording journal entries, processing accounts receivable, and implementing automation technologies. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash posting activities to ensure accurate financial records

• Conduct daily bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

• Participate in collections activities as necessary to maintain business cash flow

• Implement new full-cycle accounts receivable automation technologies to streamline accounting processes

• Maintain the general ledger and perform month-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting

• Prepare and record journal entries as part of the accounting cycle to maintain accurate financial records

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting activities to maintain efficient processes

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary to manage account balances

• Process automation tasks to increase efficiency in accounting processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in handling Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to record Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with NetSuite software

• Skills in Cash Posting operations

• Collections experience

• Knowledge of Process Automation in accounting

• Open to applicants with varying years of experience, including fresh graduates.

Accounting or Finance degree required.
