Jacobs Structural Engineering Intern - Summer 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas

Join our team as a Structural Engineering Intern in Dallas or Fort Worth TX who is excited about designing everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. We’ll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You’ll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and more. As part of our Intern Program, you’ll also engage with interdisciplinary counterparts and senior leadership - giving you a chance to network, explore the company, and learn more about our dynamic industry.

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering from an accredited program

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • 3.0 GPA

  • Must be at least a rising Junior

  • Completed bachelor’s degree and in pursuit of a master’s or higher degree in Structural Engineering

  • Working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD

  • A previous internship related to your field of study

  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills
