Description: Systems Engineer Staff (Exempt Level 4)

Seeking a strong candidate who will join the Combat Maintenance Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Team. Primary focus will be on supporting program execution from software integration to user test of the F-22 Logistics software. The candidate will join a collaborative team supporting design, development and integration of a complex system while focusing on improving the end user experience and system performance.

Tasks include the leading the team, being aware of what is on team's scope, develop strategies with the team to address team impacts, analysis of system requirements, development assistance of specifications and test procedures, development of automated test procedures using modern automation tools, execution of subsystem and system integration activities and execution of internal and formal customer tests.

Basic Qualifications:

Team lead experience

Working knowledge with C++

Experience with Solaris and Oracle

Desired Skills:

Experience with system-level testing

Experience with Agile

Shell scripting

Experience with writing test procedures to assist the team members to do so

Comfort to communicate to customer to provide status in meetings

Comfort to communicate to other teams, leadership to provide team needs and standup for the team

Understands how to work with team members with a variety of experience levels

Understands Oracle databases to help the team with troubleshooting

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
