Job Description

This job involves supporting federal efforts within Special Access Programs (SAPs) by providing daily assistance to government customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing software configurations and system interfaces

• Maintaining servers, firewalls, network access, and security systems

• Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring optimal performance

• Preparing systems for operational use and supporting tests

• Handling authorization packages and cybersecurity inspections

• Identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security measures

• Administering video-teleconferencing systems and providing client support

• Performing account management, help desk activities, and system upgrades

• Patching systems and supporting government-issued laptops

• Managing media control and COMSEC equipment

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum if a Bachelors and 4 years of experience required

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required

• IAT level II certification required null
