Our client, a pioneer in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Cartographer to join their Cartography team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail and a drive for correctness which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cartographer

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $48.50/hour

What’s the Job?

• Create & Maintain Client's semantic road network data

• Validate road network against the real world (correctness) and defined content requirements (validity)

• Work cross-functionally with operations and development teams

• Troubleshoot and root-cause issues reported to the road network team

• Organize on-vehicle validation tests

What’s Needed?

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and drive for correctness

• Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in mapping or map content validation (BONUS)

• Understanding of GIS systems and data (BONUS)
