ManpowerGroup PUDO Attendant in Foster City, California
Our client, a leading transportation company, is seeking a PUDO Attendant to join their team. As a PUDO Attendant, you will be part of the customer service department supporting Zoox Employee Riders at designated areas in Foster City, CA. The ideal candidate will have exceptional empathy, patience, and a relationship-oriented mindset, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What's the Job?
Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive, and open-communication culture
Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
Authenticate riders via badge scanners
Hail Zoox vehicles back and forth between locations
Communicate with cross-ops partners via vehicle slack threads
Light crowd control
Service status communications
Willingness to work flexible shift hours and locations
What's Needed?
2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or another customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
Schedules may change based on business needs
Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods outside
Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
Experience in high-stress situations, including knowledge of de-escalation techniques
