Job Title: Mold Set up Tech

Location: Fountain Inn

Pay Range: varies

What’s the Job?

  • Create and maintain an environment for safe work environments by following HSE and 5S policies and procedures

  • Change tools per schedule and/or leadership direction in a safe and efficient manner utilizing established crane and Lock-out Tag-out procedures.

  • Ensure established Mold Setting processes are followed. Sets up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerances

  • Maintain all tool change equipment and tools in a safe and clean storage area.

  • Complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines and tools, apply force of 75 lbs or greater for clamping tools in machines, and frequently lift weight over 40lbs.

  • Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.

  • Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.

  • • Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.

  • Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
