As an Operations Support Representative, you will act as a liaison between the operational and administrative business units within the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit and support the management of customer rental contracts.

  • Track and monitor service jobs to assure that all service jobs are properly documented on month-end reports.

  • Track and monitor equipment engine services, tank testing, and red tag reports; and coordinate with the proper personnel on work to be performed.

  • Maintain Vehicle and maintenance tracking system, oversee fixed fleet maintenance, and DOT compliance.

  • Gather, audit, and submit DOT logs and Trip & Dispatch Reports.

  • Generate Purchase Orders for stock and branch purchases at Branch/Operations Managers discretion.

  • Coordinate and schedule all sub-hauling of equipment.

  • Assures that safety records are accurately updated, maintained, and distributed.

  • Monitor and track daily collection and distribution of sale and rental paperwork.

  • Schedule and track daily returns and branch transfers of equipment.

  • Assist in inventory reconciliation.

  • Monitor and track branch expense recovery; coordinate billing of expenses to customers and/or proper parties.
