Advocates Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer in Framingham, Massachusetts

Salary $60,000-70,000
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the CHRO’s office. This individual will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative and operational support to the CHRO and serving as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) leadership team and internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
This role is hybrid with in-person work based on organizational needs. Fleixibility to support occassional after-hours events/meetings are required.
Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the following states: MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, NC, FL.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage andmaintainthe CHRO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for the CHRO, screening and prioritizing communications (emails, calls, etc.).
Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings chaired or attended by the CHRO.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Operational Support
Coordinate and assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for executive meetings and board presentations.
Organize HR leadership team meetings, retreats, and offsite events, includinglogisticsand materials.
Track and manage project deadlines and deliverables for the CHRO and HR leadership team.
Serve as a liaison between the CHRO and otherteams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Relationship Management
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with other Executive Assistants across the organization to align schedules and priorities.
Process Improvement
Identifyopportunities to enhance administrative processes and implement efficiency measures.
Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy access and reference.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired.
Minimum of3years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably in an HR or professional services environment.
Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure.
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability toanticipateneeds and act independently.
