job summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support the successful execution of a global workforce management system implementation project. As a key contributor to the project, the Project Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating project activities, and ensuring process improvements across regions including Europe, Australia, and the US. This role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights and project support throughout the system implementation lifecycle.

responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Lead the documentation and analysis of business requirements across multiple regions (Europe, Australia, US). Ensure that these requirements are aligned with overall project goals and stakeholder needs.

  • Process Analysis & Improvement:Perform detailed analysis of current workforce management processes. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that can be addressed through the implementation of the UKG Pro system.

  • Solution Development & Validation:Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications. Validate solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and scalability across regions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with stakeholders across various levels to facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions. Ensure stakeholder needs are met and provide regular updates on project progress.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance:Support the development of comprehensive test plans and oversee the execution of system tests. Ensure that the system implementation meets quality standards and business expectations.

  • Documentation:Maintain thorough project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, test plans, and user guides. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and accessible to the project team.

  • Change Management Support:Assist the change management team by supporting training materials, communication strategies, and rollout plans. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system for all stakeholders involved.

  • Continuous Improvement:After implementation, monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Provide ongoing support and documentation for system enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in project analysis or business analysis roles, preferably within system implementation projects. Experience in workforce management systems is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise:Knowledge of workforce management systems (UKG Pro or similar platforms preferred). Ability to understand and analyze business processes.

  • Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and process improvement. Ability to break down complex problems and provide clear recommendations.

  • Communication:Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Capable of leading discussions and presenting data insights to stakeholders.

  • Project Collaboration:Ability to work within cross-functional project teams, managing multiple tasks while ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CAPM or PMI-PBA are a plus.
