T.Dub's Pizzeria & Pub is hiring Hosts/Hostesses. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Hosts/Hostesses may also support other staff members by assisting with bussing or serving duties. Major responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, input, and prepare takeout order for customers

• Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant

• Seat customers according to the established plan that ensures all wait staff get filled tables

• Keep Host/Hostess Desk and waiting area clean

• Clean and refill paper produces in bathrooms, as needed

• Various cleaning duties during shifts and other tasks allocated by management

• Providing guests with food and drink menus and answering any initial questions
