Hot & Cold Food Line Attendants

Part-Time: 20-35 hours per week | Shift Examples: 9am-4pm; 12pm-9pm; 3pm-Close | Wage: $12-$13 per hour

Join our dynamic kitchen team, where you will play a key role in preparing and plating our famous family-style chicken dinners. You ensure each dish is perfectly plated with the right portions and presentation. Our kitchen is high-volume, serving up to 4,000 guests daily, and you will be at the heart of it all, managing food quality, temperature, and timely service. You will be the primary contact This area is primarily the hot food sides accompanying our famous Family Style Chicken dinners: mashed potatoes, gravy, buttered noodles, vegetable, and of course the chicken! for servers, fulfilling their requests efficiently to keep our dining rooms buzzing with satisfied guests. Weekend and holiday availability is a must.

  • Steam Table (Hot Food Line) Attendants: Buffet style food line primarily focused on hot sides accompanying our famous Family Style Chicken dinners: mashed potatoes, gravy, buttered noodles, vegetable, and of course the chicken! Team members are responsible for the maintenance of temperatures and quality of food items in addition to monitoring and portioning of serving sizes to be taken out to guests. Openly communicates with dining room servers requesting food items while maintaining constant communication with cooks as to needs for additional items.  (Current staffing needs are primarily on the hot food line at this time.)

``` - *Cold Foods, Salads, & Dessert Attendants: *Buffet style food line focused on the cold sides accompanying our famous Family Style Chicken dinners: coleslaw, cranberry relish, pasta salad, side salads, and ice cream. Team members are responsible for maintaining temperature and quality of food items as well as monitoring and portioning of serving sizes to be taken out to guests. This position is also responsible for preparing batches of coleslaw, pasta salad, etc. in addition to plating cold plates such as salads, sandwiches, and desserts for presentation to guests.

Days and Shifts Scheduled?

  • Required Availability: Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays minimum availability (Current staffing needs of kitchen also require some weekday, daytime availability as well.)
  • Shift Examples: variety of 9am-4pm; 12pm-9pm; 3pm-Close (closing team usually leaves somewhere between 10pm & midnight)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift moderate weights up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand/walk for duration of 8+ hour shift
