Kitchen Supply Team

*Part Time (18-30 hours per week)  |  Wage: $12 per hour  |  Shift Examples: 10am-6pm; 12pm-8pm; 3pm-11pm *

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen supply team. Your role will involve maintaining supplies, stocking stations, and supporting our service staff to ensure our kitchen operates smoothly - even on the busiest of days! As a Kitchen Supplier, you'll play a vital part in expediting service for our guests while keeping our kitchen clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

Supply Management:

  • Ensure various beverage makers and stations are stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Clean and refill utensils and containers used for condiments and sauces.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling apples or preparing garnishes as required.
  • Empty trash cans and prepare recycling boxes.

Daily Operations:

  • Maintain sufficient supplies of coffee, ice, milk, broth, and noodles.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate temperatures of food and equipment for guest safety.
  • Stock condiments in the cooler and keep service areas fully stocked.
  • Manage inventory of clean dishes and utensils.

Closing Duties:

  • Clean equipment used for coffee, milk, and condiments.
  • Drain and clean ice containers daily.
  • Sweep kitchen areas.
  • Dispose of food waste as directed by the Cook and replenish supplies.

General Cleaning:

  • Routinely clean high-activity areas.
  • Monitor and empty disposal containers as needed.
  • Dispose of empty food and beverage containers
  • Restock linens for dining rooms
  • Promptly clean up spills

Basic Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Minimum three months experience in kitchen-related areas.
  • Ability to stand and walk continually and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
