Sales Support Representative

Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Representative, you will ensure customer satisfaction and assist in achieving the company's revenue, profit, receivables, on-time and fill rate, quality, and safety goals. Your responsibilities will include managing customer account management (75%) and focusing on service, communication, and teamwork (25%). You will handle all aspects of the order cycle, ensuring on-time entries, maintaining order accuracy, and troubleshooting to provide a hassle-free experience for customers. Additionally, you will document and initiate dispute resolutions, engage with sales, and handle projects independently. Regular coordination with other departments like Credit, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales is crucial to ensure timely and complete deliveries.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Manufacturing Customer Service/Order Entry experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Highly personable

  • Service-oriented

  • Positive attitude

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position (After 90 days) requiring some days on-site in Frankfort, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with two 15-minute breaks. After 90 days, based on performance, a hybrid work schedule is available (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). The office environment is connected to a warehouse
