Currently hiring for a TIG Welder in the Frankfort, IL area. Hiring immediately.

Pay (PAID WEEKLY) : $25-30/HR (Depending on interview process and experience level)

Shift : 1st (7:00am-3:30pm) + Overtime Required

Description:

• Ability to produce food grade welds on 304 stainless steel assemblies.

• Able to weld a variety of material thicknesses, ranging from 16g up to ½” thick.

• Able to work from prints and weld parts per symbols as noted.

• Accurately layout and fixture small and larger multipart weld assemblies.

• Check and straighten all weld assemblies using straight edges and squares to maintain square and flatness.

• Measure parts and assemblies using calipers, rigid rules, micrometers, and tape measures accurately.

• Load programs on to machines and make angle corrections as needed.

• Experience with Accurpress or Safan brakes is a plus.
