Humana Manager, Career Marketing in Frankfort, Kentucky

The Manager, Career Marketing plans and organizes marketing and sales programs. Sets the vision and direction for the marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the career channel's goals and objectives. Ensures that marketing activities directly contribute to lead-generation and enrollment objectives. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.The Manager, Career Marketing plans and executes marketing and sales programs to generate new prospects and improve client retention. The Manager, Career Marketing works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.

Use your skills to make an impact

  • Must reside in the Eastern United States or be willing to relocate to that region

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field or equivalent experience

  • Extensive experience in marketing, preferably in the health care or insurance industry, and specifically in Medicare Advantage products

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages as required

  • Outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to use data and insights to drive marketing decision-making and actions

  • Creative and innovative mindset, and the ability to guide the development and execution of impactful and effective marketing campaigns and events

  • Proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms, email marketing, social media, etc.

  • Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$82,600 - $113,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
