Seeking a FT Landscape Crew Leader to join our team Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 8 hour shifts. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervising and managing small crew
• Participating and supervising various landscape and horticultural duties
• Maintaining proper work details and time sheets for crew using our software
• Monitor Crew's quality of work and safety
• Teachand train"on the spot" current crew and new crew members
• Conduct maintenance,quality control and proper care of crew vehicles and equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years minimum in either residential / commercial landscaping or landscape installation
• Valid, clean Driver's License
• Be self-motivated with good communication skills
• Ability to lift over 50 plus pounds
• Work in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, heat)
• Be professional in appearance and actions
• Have excellent Team Work capabilities
