Job Title: Printing Operator

Job Description

We are searching for a Large-Format Print Operator to join our team. This role involves printing on various types of materials to high quality standards, utilizing digital files to rip, panel and print graphics. Key responsibilities also include preparing, transporting and loading material, performing quality and maintenance checks, organizing in-house work into a structured workflow, maintaining a clean work environment and bringing a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Maintenance of UV, Latex and Dye Sub printers will also be part of the daily routine. You will be expected to read and understand work orders, tech drawings, cut sheets and written instructions, while ensuring equipment is maintained by completing preventive maintenance requirements. It is essential to maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. You will also be responsible for determining the best material yield and maintain in-house inventory, multitasking to prioritize tasks while maintaining professionalism and high quality of work. The role may involve other duties as assigned by the team lead and/or Manager.
