Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. The role involves overseeing financial and accounting operations, maintaining compliance, and providing key financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general ledger functions, along with accounts receivable and payable.

• Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and various other financial records.

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with GAAP and company policies.

• Play a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting processes through the compilation and analysis of financial data.

• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Supervise and maintain accounting systems and software for optimal efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, and liaise closely with external auditors during financial audits.

• Enhance and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

• Provide valuable financial insights and reports to assist leadership in strategic decision-making and cost tracking.

• Oversee and monitor the payable entries made by the traffic department. Requirements • Proficiency in performing all accounting functions is necessary

• Must possess skills in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Requires adeptness in auditing procedures and practices

• Ability to perform month end close tasks effectively is essential
