Description

We are in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Franklin, Tennessee. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the Accounting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Use accounting software systems and Great Plains

• Handle account coding tasks

• Perform accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accrual accounting

• Conduct auditing tasks when required

• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

• Manage LEED Accounts Payable

• Enter vendor invoices into the system

• Reconcile vendor statements on a regular basis

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding and Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Expertise in Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting

• Auditing skills

• Experience in Automated Clearing House (ACH)

• Familiarity with LEED Accounts Payable

• Ability to Enter Vendor Invoices

• Capability to Reconcile Vendor Statements
