Robert Half Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in Franklin, Tennessee

Description We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. The role involves overseeing the financial planning and analysis function across various departments, supporting strategic objectives through thorough planning and analysis. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled financial professional to play a key role in our financial decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of bookings, revenue, and cash flow forecast models.

• Support the processes of annual budget and quarterly revised forecasts.

• Evaluate and manage risks and variances to corporate, department, and program budgets.

• Lead a team of analysts and specialists to produce monthly financial reports, sales operations report, and backlog reporting packages.

• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to optimize business processes and decision-making.

• Handle ad hoc requests for financial reporting and analysis.

• Utilize team resources to facilitate the department budget process.

• Empower and coach team members to effectively execute the financial planning and analysis department plan.

• Apply skills in annual budgeting, capital management, financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and management to drive financial success. Requirements • Proficiency in financial modeling and cash flow analysis

• Proficient in cash flow management and cash flow forecasts

• Experience with annual budgeting and capital management

• Skill in forecasting and budgeting

• Ability to create and analyze cash flow reports

• Proficient in cash flow modeling

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Proficiency in relevant financial software and applications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CFP is a plus

• Proven experience in a similar role in financial planning and analysis

• Strong strategic planning and business development skills

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and detail orientation

• Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
