Our client, one of the top Pharma multinational corporation is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their team.

Job Title:

Job Posting: Payroll Support Specialist (Remote, 3-Month Contract)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST. Remote.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Support Specialist for a 3-month remote contract. This position will support the U.S. Payroll Team in efficiently processing payroll, managing employee tax withholding elections, delivering net payments, and handling garnishments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various functions to address payroll issues.

Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related concerns in compliance with internal controls and deadlines.

Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate pay for employees.

Process adhoc payments and pay adjustments for both ON-cycle and OFF-cycle payments.

Prepare import files for payroll processing.

Research and resolve employee payroll inquiries.

Generate payroll reports as requested.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Accounting, HR, or a related field.

Proficiency in Workday and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Ability to handle large volumes of numeric data and spreadsheets confidently.
