TEKsystems Help Desk Analyst in Franklin, Wisconsin

Description:

TEKsystems is hiring for a Help Desk Analyst to provide level 1 technical support in a corporate environment.

In this role, the Help Desk Analyst will support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connection issues for internal users. This includes Windows 10/11, Office 365, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and corporate applications. Support will be provided via phone and chat, utilizing remote access for troubleshooting.

This person will take on average of 25 calls & chats as a single point of contact for technical issues and questions.

A variety of shifts are open including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, including weekday and weekend shift offerings.

Other Details:

This role starts as an onsite position during training in Franklin, WI and will transition to hybrid upon completion of training, which lasts 7 weeks. 2nd and 3rd shift employees have the ability to work remote after training onsite for 7 weeks. Candidates that are over 100 miles from Franklin, WI are eligible for remote work immediately.

Requirements:

Associate degree or certifications in Information Technology and 3+ months of IT experience.

Experience using and supporting MS Office and Outlook is recommended.

Advanced knowledge in computer, mobile device hardware, and software troubleshooting including proficiency in using software support tools.
