JOB REQUIREMENTS: QPS Employment Group has a great Machine Operator Assistant position at a company in Franksville, WI. This is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunity with the opportunity for hire. Machine Operator Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set-up rails, print stations, folding, gluing, and/or die cut section on the equipment. - Inspect all tooling before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run. - Inspect anilox rolls for damage before and after each run. - Monitor and check quality in accordance with the shop copy. - Properly operate machines to run efficiently and produce quality products. - Separate corrugated onto the pallets. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Machine Operator Assistant Requirements: - Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day. - Must be able to bend and twist. - Must be able to push up to 50 lbs. - Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. occasionally. - High School Diploma or GED preferred. - Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred. - 6 months of experience as an operator assistant. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: racine@qpsemployment.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
