Job Title: QC Inspector

Job Description

Perform screening and inspection of transducers for Code M’s, damaged membranes, and other issues to ensure the distribution of quality products. Assist in the inspection and testing of components and finished goods, contributing to the operations of the Quality System. Support various departmental activities as directed. Responsibilities include inspecting and testing incoming materials—ranging from raw materials to finished goods—documenting product acceptance as per SOPs, verifying documentation for accuracy, and supporting the inspection of third-party manufactured products across multiple divisions. Additionally, carry out transducer screenings, document results according to Good Documentation Practices, assist in record completion, and collect data for transducer performance reporting.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franksville, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This Quality Inspection role is based in a dynamic, family-oriented Med-Device company located in the Racine area. The standard work schedule is 1st shift from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential additional hours as needed and occasional Saturdays.
