Sodexo is seeking a driven and passionate leader to join the team as a General Manager 2 - Food at Methodist Hill Country , a 30-bed rural hospitallocated in Fredericksburg, TX.

The General Manager will be hands-on focusing on food operations, financial reporting, client relations, and implementing strategies to drive patient/guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience working in a healthcare setting!

• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
