As an Installer with Fletcher Home, you will join us on our mission of delivering five-star

shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers.

You will report directly to our Lead Installer and trainer.

What It Takes to Succeed

At Fletcher Home, we are aggressive towards our goals and take ownership of our results.

We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that

you’ll bring:

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Valid Driver’s License

A Day in the Life

In this role, you can expect to:

• Meet at our warehouse at 7:00AM, gather materials, and load company trucks

• Drive to customer's home, greet and establish rapport

• Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area

• Assist with the installation of a new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround,

update plumbing as needed

• Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning

up following installation

• Learn from and assist the lead installer to develop your skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience
