Direct Marketing Solutions is looking for a Maichine Operator to join our Freedom, PA team. Wherever you may be in your career, DMS could be the place for you! Position Summary: The Machine Operator's main responsibility is to maintain operation of an Inserter/Flowmaster machine, clearing jams and ensuring a continuous production flow. You will be responsible for the final steps in the direct mail production, ensuring quality and consistency through the process. Operators work closely with the Laser Printing, Mailing, and Bindery teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in regard to all direct mailing operations. Primary Responsibilities: Load print materials into an Inserter per job specifications Operate and maintain Inserter/Flowmaster machines Monitor printing machines, clearing jams and performing basic troubleshooting as needed Tray, palletize, and wrap completed product as required for shipping Requirements: Ability to be on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally No experience necessary Basic mechanical skills Schedule Options: Production operates Monday -- Friday 1st and 2nd shift or Sunday - Thursday 3rd shift with ocassional mandatory overtime on weekends.
