Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Lay sod, mow, trim/edge, plant, weeding, watering, rake, blow leaves; use a hand shovel to dig holes for installing plants, trees, shrubs, or irrigation systems, these holes can be up to 24 in. depth and 36 in. in width. Spread seed, fertilizer and mulch; works on the ground to prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws; core aerating; sprinkler installation/repair, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning. May drive company truck or other vehicle to transport work crews, plants, materials and tools to/from or at worksites.

No min. edu. or exp. required. On the job training provided. Post-employment criminal background check/drug test required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and Foreign/H-2B. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Be able to wk a 6-day sched., weekends/holidays required. Complete application. Min. 35 hr/wk up to 48 hr/wk. M-Sat 7:30A-4:30P, 1hr unpaid lunch. Days/shift vary with weather.

$21.87/hr. May increase wage based on exp./changes in market conditions, and/or for performance and tenure. OT pd when required by Fed./State/local law, including @ time-and-a-half after 40 hr/wk. When OT available pd at $32.81/hr. based on locality/base pay per hour.

Single workweek used to compute wages. Pd. weekly. Bonus based on production/attendance available. Daily transportation provided from main worksite to worksites in Ocean/Monmouth/Middlesex/Mercer/Somerset/Union Counties, NJ. Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools/supplies/equipment/uniform required to perform job. Employer will make deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. Employer assist worker to find appropriate/affordable housing. Employer guarantees to offer wk for hrs = to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa/visa processing/border crossing/other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). If worker completes 1/2 employment period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.

Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissed early, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88/day during travel to a max $59/day with receipts. Transportation costs to be preapproved. If necessary, employer will reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
