Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. You must possess strong manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination. You will perform well-defined visual procedures and processes, often following written documentation or visual aids. After training, you will be expected to use various injection and compression machines, hand trim parts, and at times, use measurement gauges to verify the quality of products being produced on automatic/manual equipment. The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.

Hard Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment

• Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis

Soft Skills

• Strong manual dexterity

• Good eye-hand coordination

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Work Environment

PAY RATE: $21/hr

1st shift hours regularly are 6:30am-3pm. Overtime for 10 hrs. employees starts at 4:30am
