We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst. In this position, you will be playing a crucial role in providing data support to enhance our operations, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role involves collaborating with various departments, leveraging quantitative data, and performing in-depth analysis to propel long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Convert raw data into comprehensive summaries and reports

• Aid in the development of strategic tools and business initiatives through data insights

• Optimize reporting dashboards based on knowledge of data reporting practices

• Ensure data records are accurate and consistent

• Collaborate with multiple departments to leverage data in driving company growth

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract key information and insights

• Create dashboards to visually represent and communicate data findings

• Use analytics and business intelligence to inform decision making

• Conduct AB testing to assess the effectiveness of various strategies

• Work with EO/IR systems and Informatica to manage and process data.

Requirements • Must possess strong proficiency in Database management and operations

• Demonstrated skills in Data Mining Techniques are essential

• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques required

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a plus

• Proficiency in using Informatica for data integration tasks

• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies and their implementation

• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on Analytics and data interpretation

• Previous experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and strategies

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in creating Dashboards for data representation and analysis.
