Meta Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement (Short Term Employee) in Fremont, California

Summary:

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Meta's success. We have a high-caliber team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to work at the intersection of core recruitment project & program management, strategy, and operations. The person in this role will help identify and drive recruiting initiatives and process improvements across our recruiting function in order to accelerate recruiting and enhance overall candidate experience. .This person will be part of the Global Recruiting and Mission Control (GR+MC) recruiting organization and work on the Recruiting Enablement team. This role will manage projects or programs integral to improving efficiency as a recruiting organization, including projects related to areas such as communications management, process efficiency, hiring acceleration, market intelligence, business engagement, recruiting products improvements, training, knowledge management, and others. Some of these projects are known now, and it will also be the responsibility of this individual to stay close to recruiting functions to identify opportunities.This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta’s existing Recruiting team.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement (Short Term Employee) Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage large-scale, organization-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and close.

  2. Identify and drive efforts to optimize end-to-end recruiting processes that accelerate recruiting outcomes and enhance candidate experience.

  3. Partner heavily with recruiting leadership, analytics, engineering, and cross-functional operations teams to execute our recruiting strategies and process improvements.

  4. Assist with escalated issues on priorities and goals, as related to recruiting-wide projects and recruiting funnel activity.

  5. Establish project plans and strategic planning templates to achieve the desired business outcomes, providing a centralized view across the recruiting teams.

  6. Manage multiple, concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.

  7. Consult with stakeholders on their current operations, suggest improvements, and partner on change management.

  8. Streamline internal communication strategies and channels.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years in recruiting operations, enablement or project management experience - or a related field - with a focus on change management, process or tooling enablement, or a related role

  2. Experience with stakeholder management and experience creating alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes on short timeframes

  3. High ownership and success delivering systems optimization, programs, and/or process improvements in a dynamic environment

  4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  1. Experience building scalable programs within high-tech or a start-up environment

  2. Track record of operationalizing projects and/or programs to accelerate recruiting funnel or candidate experience to drive measurable results

  3. Analytical, and problem-solving skills

  4. Experience working with HR or recruiting tools, processes, and systems

  5. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau

  6. PMP and Six Sigma certification, and/or relative project management/process improvement experience.

Public Compensation:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + benefits
