Meta Treasury Manager in Fremont, California
Summary:
Meta is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Transformation pillar. Treasury’s mission is to enable growth, profitability and maximize shareholder value by effectively managing liquidity, maximize the efficient use of resources, minimize financial risks, provide advisory to business, and identify capital resources optimization opportunities. The successful candidate needs to have a proven record of providing Treasury advisory to Business and Finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment and supporting the management of execution across relevant Treasury pillars. The individual must be a self-starter, fast learner and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of their areas of responsibility. The candidate will be expected to anticipate and surface issues, solve problems, recommend solutions, and exercise good business judgment while performing these functions. The candidate is expected to have a strong Treasury background and expertise in areas of cash management, banking products, payment landscape, control, and governance, as well as strong communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow between cross functional business partners and internal Treasury. Effective time management and prioritization skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role.
Required Skills:
Treasury Manager Responsibilities:
Influence business partners across complex cross functional initiatives from a Treasury perspective through strategic analysis, insights, and evaluation
Collaborate and advise stakeholders and business partners by providing insight on Treasury impact and requirements on cross functional projects/ initiatives.
Provide robust insights to internal Treasury leadership and gather feedback on strategic direction, and partner across internal Treasury team for implementation of any changes or support needed.
Plan, lead, and support execution on implementation of changes by collaborating effectively with internal team impacted and being the Treasury representative to communicate key updates with other cross-functional teams globally.
Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas
work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they are implemented.
Build decision-making frameworks and governance to leverage for all projects and changes impacting Treasury.
Implement change management framework for Treasury portfolio managed including communication to pillar leads and managing to cross functional business partners timelines and requirements.
In partnership with other Treasury functions, develop and report dashboard KPIs to monitor portfolio of projects and provide leadership visibility.
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in broad Finance and Treasury experience including business partnering and advisory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
Proven communication skills with the experience to effectively communicate technical and detailed Treasury information to various stakeholders
Strategic focus coupled with the experience to Deep Learning when required
Systematic understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, foreign exchange, etc.)
Committed for problem solving and experience to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions
Understanding of core Treasury processes and experience to evaluate impact based on business partners proposed roadmap
Experience to provide technical insights resulting in proven business decisions
Public Compensation:
$142,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
