We are providing an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be a part of our team in Fresno, California. The chosen candidate will be responsible for various tasks relating to account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices through coding and data entry

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records

• Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion

• Conduct regular check runs to maintain financial stability

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Operate Sage Accounting Software for financial tasks

• Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Address customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses

• Ensure accurate record keeping of customer credit information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Demonstrated skill in Account Reconciliation

• Proficient in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to code invoices accurately

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Sage Accounting Software is a plus
