Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Services industry, located in Fresno, Ca. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our executive leadership, ensuring smooth office operations and serving as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules to ensure efficient time management

  • Coordinate complex meetings involving multiple stakeholders

  • Oversee communications to guarantee timely and accurate information flow

  • Maintain high-level documentation with utmost accuracy and confidentiality

  • Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, providing exemplary customer service

  • Efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries and concerns

  • Perform data entry tasks, keeping accurate records of customer information

  • Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

  • Schedule appointments, ensuring no conflicts in the executive's schedule

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform daily tasks efficiently.

    Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a customer-focused approach

  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues promptly

  • Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, responding to queries in a timely manner

  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, contacts, and appointments

  • Competency in Microsoft Word for drafting and editing documents

  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and managing documents.

  • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
