Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative in Fresno, California

Adecco Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a local distribution center in Fresno, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position starts between $18-22 hourly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical or service issues.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Use CRM systems to manage customer accounts and track interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policies.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Strive to meet performance metrics and goals, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree is a plus.

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably 1-3 years or more.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
