Adecco Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small but dynamic office. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for a team of 12 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Manage 20 payables per month, including invoice verification, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Handle approximately 20 receivables monthly, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

  • Maintain office operations by organizing office procedures, managing supplies, and supporting staff as needed.

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive and productive office environment. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as required.

  • Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate, assisting with audits and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well with others in a small office setting.

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, accounting software).

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
