We are actively searching for a Tax Preparer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing various accounting software systems, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring income tax compliance. This role is based in Fresno, California, 93710-7810, United States and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounting software systems.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system

• Ensure income tax compliance by accurately preparing and filing tax documents

• Use Drake Tax Software for various accounting functions

• Monitor and take necessary actions on customer accounts

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Tax Preparer.

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems.

• Familiarity with Drake Tax Software.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Precise data entry skills.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure income tax compliance
